I am a counsellor and arts therapist who enjoys working with people wanting to make change in their lives. I have a particular interest in building self-acceptance and developing effective ways of dealing with challenges. This includes relationships, effective communication, support for those dealing with grief, anxiety or depression, and anyone dealing with addictive behaviours that get in the way of leading an enjoyable life.
Qualified with a Bachelor of Social Sciences and Postgraduate Diploma in Arts Therapy (Distinction). I have studied non-violent communication, collaborative counselling, embodied ways of being and sexuality. I am a member of the Australia & New Zealand Association for Creative Arts Therapists (ANZCATA) and I adhere to their Code of Ethics.
