Separation and divorce, conflict resolution, negotiation assistance, solution-focused, preserving relationships, co-parenting and parenting plans.

Sophie is an empathic, person-centred counsellor who understands that each person’s story is unique and works with compassion and respect.

With a background in health, sport and wellness, Sophie is interested in a holistic approach and draws from person-centred, strength-based, and experiential therapies. Sophie draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Person-Centred (PCT), Imago Therapy and humanistic therapy tools.

Sophie is passionate about empowering people to find their own path forwards in a non-judgemental, open and safe space.  As a provisional member registered with the NZAC, Sophie believes in walking alongside people to gain insight and understanding into emotions, behaviours, thoughts and patterns.

Sophie lives with her partner and four teenage children in a blended family.

Sophie works from Greenlane on Mondays and Fridays, and Grey Lynn on Wednesdays.
