Jenny is a registered counsellor with NZCCA with a special interest in relationship counselling, healthy sexuality and problematic sexual behaviours.

She has worked in diverse environments and has specific training in addiction counselling, harmful sexual behaviour, relationship counselling and trauma informed therapy.

Jenny takes a person centered and non-judgemental approach to counselling with the view that the client holds the answers to their own lives and the therapist is there to hold a mirror and provide a safe space for the client to explore challenging life arenas.

Outside of work, Jenny is a mum of a very energetic toddler, a keen amateur cook and a lover of art.
